Olive Tree Specialty Foods is a modern American super market with an international touch! Stroll through the aisles and discover delicious new foods from all around the world. Our food products mainly come from 3 different parts of the world.  We have a very large Persian (Iranian) selection of foods. Eastern Europeans will find many familiar products. For instance, we have all kinds of wonderful dried, smoked, fishes for the Russian shoppers. Shoppers will also find a large selection of products from the Mediterranean region

Our unique super market has many interesting features.
For example, you will enjoy a fabulous Nut Bar that contains a variety of nuts from around the world. You will notice some familiar nuts, such as almonds and pine nuts. But you will also discover some nuts that you may not have had the pleasure of trying yet, such as dried chick peas or authentic kri-kri (crunchy coated nuts).

The olive bar is also a favorite among many of our shoppers because we use our own special recipes to season and marinate the wide variety of olives. You can smell the delicious aroma as you make your selections.

We also have a lot of pastries and breads in our store. Some of our pastries come directly from a bakery in Ennis that is run by a couple of Turkish chefs. Of course, our selection includes a wide variety of pitas as well. Most are made locally, and when you come in, they are often still warm.

All of the meat is prepared according to the Islamic custom of Halal. We also have some meat not available in the standard grocery store, such as fresh goat, which allows you to experiment with different flavors enjoyed by millions of people from other parts of the world.

Our selection of olive oils is unrivaled. An entire aisle is devoted to all the wonderful olive oils from places such as Greece, Beirut, Naples, Italy and Turkey. 

Cacik (Tzatziki) in the refrigerated section is a delicious favorite among international shoppers and American shoppers alike. Cacik is a white Turkish sauce that is made from yogurt, cucumbers, garlic and other fresh herbs and spices such as cumin and dill. Traditionally, the sauce is enjoyed on pita bread along with your meat and vegetables. But this versatile sauce is also enjoyed by many as a sandwich spread, on baked potatoes, on Ritz crackers, or over your favorite meat. Also check out our selections of roasted eggplant and peppers, grilled zuccini and grilled antipasta peppers in jars. We have a lot of variety of unique vegetables and flavorings that are difficult to find, if available at all, in traditional grocery stores.
